Reduce Heat and Glare Under Glass Roofs

Stable Fabric Movement for Flat and Angled Roofs

Skylight shading is different from normal vertical roller blinds. On a flat or sloped roof, the fabric cannot rely on gravity to move and stay tensioned. Without proper pulling support, the fabric may sag, shift, or run unevenly.

TW001 uses a motorized drive with spring tension assistance. The motor controls opening and closing, while the spring system helps maintain fabric tension during movement. This gives the system better stability for horizontal and angled installations.

Stainless Steel Wire Rope Traction

TW001 uses 304 stainless steel wire rope to guide and pull the fabric across the roof opening. This traction structure helps keep the fabric path more stable, especially when the system is installed under glass or on a sloped surface.

The wire rope is suitable for sunroom and roof shading applications where durability, rust resistance, and smooth daily operation are important.

High-Strength Winding System

The system uses a high-strength winding spool to manage the wire rope during operation. This helps keep the wire rope movement organized and reduces the risk of loose, uneven,n or unstable traction.

For projects that require frequent opening and closing, a stable winding system helps improve long-term use and maintenance convenience.

63 mm Grooved Tube for Reliable Rolling

TW001 generally uses a heavy-duty 63 mm grooved tube. The tube provides stable fabric rolling support and helps the blind operate more reliably across roof areas.

For skylight and sunroom shading, stable rolling is important because the fabric needs to move across a non-vertical surface while maintaining proper tension.

Suitable for Flat and Angled Installation

TW001 can be used for flat installation or large-angle sloped installation. It is suitable for glass roofs, sunrooms, skylights, covered terraces, and roof glazing structures.

Under-glass installation is recommended to reduce rainwater accumulation on the fabric and improve long-term performance. For wider openings, a middle fabric support rail is recommended to reduce fabric sagging and improve operational stability.
