SR60 Indoor Skylight Roller Blind System
Compact Motorized Shading for Indoor Skylights and Sunrooms
SR60 Series is designed for small indoor skylights, sunrooms, and roof glazing areas where overhead sunlight can cause heat, glare,e and poor comfort. It provides a compact motorized shading solution for spaces where large skylight systems may be unnecessary.
The series includes two options. SR60 is a simple wire-rope guided system without zip or side rails, suitable for small indoor skylight shading. SR60B is the upgraded side-rail model, designed for better edge shading, stronger bottom rail stabili, ty and more flexible installation adjustment.

Designed for Small Indoor Roof Shading
Small skylights and indoor glass roofs often receive strong direct sunlight from above. This can make sunrooms hotter, creating glare and reducing daily comfort.
SR60 Series is made for these indoor top-shading needs. It helps control overhead sunlight while keeping the structure compact. For projects that only need simple shading, SR60 is enough. For projects that require better light blocking, reduced side gaps or irregular opening adjustment, SR60B provides a stronger configuration.

SR60: Simple Wire-Rope Guided Skylight Blind
SR60 is the basic model for small indoor skylight openings. It uses motorized operation and steel wire rope guidance to support fabric movement across the top opening.
This model has no zip structure and no side rails, so the appearance isclean err and the installation is simpler. It is suitable for small sunrooms, roof windows, and indoor skylight areas where the main need is to reduce overhead sunlight and glare.
SR60 is recommended for openings up to 1.5 m wideand3 m long.
SR60B: Upgraded Side-Rail Skylight Blind
SR60B is upgraded from the SR60 system with added side rails. The side rail structure helps reduce light gaps on both sides of the fabric and improves bottom rail stability during operation.
The upgraded bottom rail component increases bending resistance and strengthens fabric traction. This helps the fabric stay more controlled and improves the shading effect around the bottom rail area.
SR60B also adds a guide wheel mechanism and a side rail angle adjustment structure. The two side rails can be adjusted independently within the same installation plane, with an adjustment range of 0°–15°. This makes SR60B more suitable for non-standard openings, including inverted trapezoid installation conditions within the same plane.

Vertical or Horizontal Installation
SR60B can be installed vertically or horizontally. In vertical installation, it works as a regular indoor blackout roller blind system. In horizontal installation, it works as a skylight shading system for indoor roof areas.
This gives SR60B more flexibility than the basic SR60 model, especially when the project needs better blackout performance, side guidance, or adjustment for irregular installation conditions.
Product Options and Specification Guide
| Model | Main Positioning | Structure | Operation | Recommended Size | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| SR60 | Compact indoor skylight blind | Steel wire rope guidance; no zip; no side rail | Motorized; 35 mm gapless motor | Width up to 1.5 m; length up to 3 m | Small skylights and simple indoor top shading |
| SR60B | Upgraded side-rail skylight/blackout blind | 70 mm tube; side rails; adaptive telescopic bottom rail | Motorized; 35-10 Nm motor | Width 0.8–2 m; height/projection up to 3 m | Reduced side light gaps, stronger bottom rail stability, and non-standard openings |
Note: SR60B motorized system requires a minimum width of 0.8 m.
How to Choose
Choose SR60 when the project needs a compact indoor skylight blind with a simple structure and clean appearance. It is more suitable for small roof windows or sunroom openings where basic shading and glare reduction are the main requirements.
Choose SR60B when the project needs better edge shading, stronger fabric control, or more installation adaptability. Its side rails, upgraded bottom rail, and angle adjustment structure make it more suitable for openings with higher blackout requirements or slight shape irregularities.
Application Scenarios
SR60 Series is suitable for indoor skylights, small sunrooms, roof windows, indoor glass roof are,s and villa roof glazing spaces.
SR60 is better for simple indoor top shading. SR60B is better for projects that require side rail guidance, reduced light leakage, and more stable bottom rail movement.
Why Choose NewHoo SR60 Series?
SR60 Series gives indoor skylight projects two clear options. The basic SR60 model keeps the system light and simple, while SR60B adds side rails, an adaptive telescopic bottom rail, and angle adjustment for more demanding installations.
This makes the series easier to match with different indoor roof shading needs, from small skylight openings to spaces that require better blackout performance and more accurate installation adjustment.
