Product Brief

WR100 is a classic windproof roller blind system for standard outdoor openings. It is made for spaces where ordinary roller blinds are not stable enough, especially when the opening is exposed to sunlight, air flow,w and daily outdoor use.

The system uses fabric guiding technology to help the zipper edge enter the guide rail smoothly. During operation, both sides of the fabric remain controlled within the side rails, giving the blind a flatter appearance and a more consistent shading effect.

WR100 commonly uses a 63 mm tube for openings under 4 m wide. For selected narrow bead chain configurations, a 55 mm tube can also be used. The series supports motorized, manual push, bead chai,n and manual crank operation, allowing one product family to match different installation heights, power supply conditions, and project budgets.

Why Choose WR100

Outdoor openings are not always large or complex, but they still need reliable shading. A balcony may need privacy from nearby buildings. A patio may need better glare control in the afternoon. A restaurant terrace may need outdoor seats to remain comfortable during business hours.

WR100 is built for these common project conditions. Its cassette size is moderate, its structure is mature, and its operating systems cover both powered and non-powered spaces. For dealers, contractors, and project buyers, WR100 works as a practical product platform for regular windproof roller blinds, outdoor zip screen blinds, and projects.

Zip-Guided Fabric Stability

The fabric edge is connected with a zipper and guided inside the side rail. When the blind moves up and down, both sides of the fabric remain controlled instead of swinging freely.

For users, this means fewer visible side gaps and less fabric movement in side wind. For balconies, patios and terraces, the result is a more stable shading effect and a cleaner finished appearance.

Smooth Fabric Entry

WR100 uses fabric guiding technology to improve how the zipper enters the guide rail. This helps reduce fabric deviation, edge friction, and unnecessary wear during daily operation.

This structure is especially useful for outdoor roller blinds because wind and uneven airflow can easily affect loose fabric. By guiding the fabric edge more accurately, WR100 keeps the blind running smoothly and helps the fabric stay flatter after opening or closing.Multiple Operating Systems

Different projects do not always share the same power supply, installation height, or operating habits. WR100 can be built with motorized, manual push, bead chain or manual crank operation, giving both residential and commercial projects more ways to match site conditions.

Motorized opeOn-siteworks well for frequent, daily use, higher openings, and commercial spaces. Manual push operation is useful for lower openings without wiring. Bead chain operation fits small openings and budget-controlled projects. Manual crank operation gives outdoor spaces a mechanical control option when wiring is not convenient.

Cordless-Friendly Options for Child Safety

For family balconies, villa terraces, hotel spaces and child-accessible areas, exposed hanging chains can create avoidable safety concerns. WR100 can be configured with motorized or manual push operation, reducing the need for loose control chains in daily use.

The motorized system keeps operation convenient for higher or more frequently used openings. The manual push system provides a simple cordless control method for lower openings. These two options create a cleaner control area and help reduce cord-related safety risks in family and guest-facing spaces.

Easy Installation Structure

On site, balcony frames, walls and outdoor structures rarely have identical installation conditions. WR100 uses a plug-in self-locking mounting seat to simplify installation, while clip-on side rails and three-piece side rails help installers adapt the system to different surfaces.

For contractors and dealers, this structure helps reduce installation complexity and makes future servicing more convenient. For commercial projects, easier access during maintenance also helps reduce downtime.

For 63 mm tube configurations, WR100 is commonly used for openings under 4 m wide. Manual push operation works best in lower areas where users can comfortably reach the bottom rail. For higher manual operation, a pull hook or push rod can be used.

The cassette size is moderate, making WR100 suitable not only for standard outdoor openings but also for selected indoor shading projects. In indoor applications, special fabrics can be paired with a T-tape guided structure to create a flatter fabric appearance.

Profile and Structure

WR100 uses a compact classic cassette structure for standard windproof roller blind applications. The system works with a 63 mm tube for most regular outdoor openings, while the 55 mm tube supports selected narrow bead chain configurations.

The side rail system can be built with clip-on side rails or three-piece side rails. This gives installers more flexibility when working with balcony walls, window frames, outdoor columns, patio structures, or commercial façades.

Applications

WR100 is suitable for residential balconies, villa terraces, patios, garden openings, restaurants, cafés and standard commercial openings. For home spaces, it helps create a more private and shaded outdoor area for daily relaxation, dining or family use. For restaurants and cafés, it helps reduce glare and fabric movement around terrace seating, making outdoor areas more comfortable during business hours. For commercial façades and storefronts, WR100 provides guided shading without fixed walls or heavy structures, keeping the space flexible, clean and easy to use.

Indoor Extension

WR100 is mainly positioned as an outdoor windproof roller blind system, but its moderate cassette size also makes it usable in selected indoor spaces. When paired with suitable fabrics aa nd T-tape guided structure, the system can help the fabric remain flatter under indoor airflow conditions.

This makes WR100 useful for projects that need a consistent side-guided blind system across both outdoor and selected indoor openings.

Customization and Project Support

NewHoo can match WR100 configurations according to opening width, height, installation structure, operation method, fabric requirement and project quantity. The system supports different drive systems, side rail structures, bottom rail options, profile color,s and fabric choices for residential, commercial, al and OEM/ODM projects.

For dealers and contractors, WR100 offers a practical product platform for standard windproof roller blind and outdoor zip screen blind projects. Its operation options and installation structures allow one series to cover many regular outdoor shading needs.
