Chain Roman Blind System
Smooth Manual Roman Blinds with 1:4 Gear Reduction Control
Chain Roman Blind System is designed for indoor Roman blind applications where fabric appearance, lifting balance, and manual control all affect the final user experience.
The control unit uses metal-core brake technology and an internal 1:4 planetary gear reduction system. Compared with a basic direct-pull structure, the gear reduction system increases control torque and reduces pulling effort, making the blind easier to raise and lower by hand.
Together with a high-precision linear cord winder, cord pressing plate,e and cord cover, the system keeps the lifting cords in order and helps the fabric folds rise more evenly.
1:4 Planetary Gear Reduction for Easier Pulling
Roman blinds can become harder to operate when the fabric is larger, thickerk ,er or heavier. A basic manual control system may feel heavy during lifting, especially after the blind is made with decorative fabric.
The internal 1:4 planetary gear reduction system changesthe operationaln experience. It reduces the direct pulling load on the bead chain and makes lifting feel lighter and more controlled.
This is useful for standard indoor Roman blinds that need frequent adjustment, because the blind should not only look decorative but also remain easy to use every day.
Stable Stop with Metal-Core Brake
A Roman blind should stay at the height selected by the user. If the braking structure is weak, the blind may slip down or feel unstable after adjustment.
The metal-core brake inside the control unit improves stop stability. A more secure stop position gives users better control and helps reduce common after-installation issues such as slipping or unreliable positioning.
Neater Cord Winding and Level Lifting
Roman blinds depend on internal cords to lift the fabric folds evenly. If the cords move out of position, the blind may tilt, lift unevenly, or create maintenance problems over time.
The high-precision linear cord winder guides the lifting cords in a straighter and more orderly path. The cord pressing plate and cord cover further control the cord arrangement, reducing the risk of messy cords and helping the blind rise and lower more evenly.
This is especially important for Roman blinds because the final visual effect depends on clean and level fabric folds.
4.5 × 6 Continuous Bead Chain Operation
The system uses a 4.5 × 6 continuous bead chain for manual control. Users can raise, lower,r and stop the blind with a familiar pulling method.
With the internal 1:4 gear reduction system, the bead chain feels more controlled than ordinary manual Roman blind systems, especially when used with larger fabric sizes within the recommended range.
Refined Profile and Secure Installation
The profile has a clean and refined appearance, helping the Roman blind look more complete after installation.
External clip-on mounting brackets make installation firm and efficient. When multiple blinds need the same structure and finish, this mounting method helps improve installation consistency and saves time on site.
Designed for Decorative Windows That Need Reliable Manual Control
Roman blinds are often chosen because they soften the window and add fabric texture to the room. But the final quality is not only decided by the fabric. It also depends on whether the blind lifts evenly, stops securely,ly and keeps the cords in order after repeated use.
This system is built around those practical details. The 1:4 gear reduction system makes manual lifting lighter, the metal-core brake improves stop stability, and the linear cord winding structure keeps the fabric movement more orderly.
For residential interiors, the blind keeps the soft decorative look of Roman fabric without feeling heavy to operate. For hotels, villas, sample roo ms and soft decoration projects, the stable lifting structure and refined profile help create a more polished window finish with fewer operational problems.
Size Range
Chain Roman Blind System is designed for small and standard indoor windows.
The minimum width is 400 mm, and the maximum width is 3000 mm.
The minimum height is 400 mm, and the maximum height is 3000 mm.
The system supports a maximum load of 6 kg and a maximum area of 9 m².
For accurate selection, the final blind size should be checked by width, height, fabric weight, and total area together. A blind should not exceed the 9 m² system limit.
Custom Options
Chain Roman Blind System can be customized according to window size, fabric type, fabric color, chain side position, installation method, and project quantity.
For accurate selection, please provide the window width, height, preferred fabric, chain position,n and installation condition.
